Milan founded Azet.sk in 1997, which became the largest internet portal in Slovakia. In 2010, he sold a stake in Azet to Ringier Axel Springer AG. He then became the CEO and current shareholder of the multimedia publishing house Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia. He is the founder of portals such as Zoznamka.sk, Azet.sk, Pokec.sk, Aktuality.sk, Diva.sk, and classified websites Autobazar.sk and Nehnuteľnosti.sk, among others. Within Ringier Axel Springer, he also launched the largest online food delivery service in Slovakia, Bistro.sk. 

Outside of media and IT, he is heavily involved in real estate development, especially in Žilina. He is currently the executive director of the development company Reinoo. He also owns a share in GoodRequest.
